- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our express written permission.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products must not have any damage, stains, or odors.

Initiating a Return/Exchange
- Request: Send a mail with video of the product rarethreds@gmail.com to initiate a return/exchange request.
- Process: Upon acceptance of your request, you will receive a notification via email. Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 24-48 hours. Pickup attempts will be made twice; if unsuccessful, you are required to return the product to our warehouse address. Availability of reverse pickup is subject to your area’s pin code.
Return/Exchange Procedure
- Quality Check: Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
- Exchange: If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for a different product or store credit.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued as store credit after quality check approval. This credit can be used online or at our physical stores. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit
- Validity: Store credits are valid for 3 months from issuance and are non-refundable. They can be redeemed both online and in-store.
- Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders are final. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted for prepaid transactions.
Order Cancellation
- COD Orders: Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched.
- Prepaid Orders: No cancellations or refunds are available.
