Order Processing
  • Please allow 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Ensure that all details are correct before completing the checkout process.
  • Attire By Kunal & Sid does not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from New Delhi, India.
  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If it does not appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

Note: In cases of high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In such situations, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or by check to the billing address. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

All orders are subject to review by our security team, and Attire By Kunal & Sid reserves the right to cancel any order.

Shipping Confirmation
  • Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Shipping delays may occur during special releases, holidays, or promotional periods.
  • Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products must not have any damage, stains, or odors.

Pre-Order Policy

  • Items marked as Pre-Order will ship once they arrive at our facility. Payment is collected at checkout for pre-order items.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

  • Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Attire By Kunal & Sid is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.
